WE MAP OUR SUCCESS
Reporting
Our strategic planning allows us to reflect on past performance, establish future directions, and decide our definition of success. This planning occurs in two parts:
1. Four-year strategic plan
Two goals guide this plan. The goals are based on initiatives from the Framework for Improved Student Outcomes (FISO)—a Department of Education and Training initiative that provides a common language and enquiry-based approach to improvement across Victorian Government schools.
Our current four-year plan goals are to:
1) articulate and embed the school’s model of learning and teaching to ensure the growth and development of every student
2) develop the community of learners to actively engage parents and caregivers, student participation and commitment to the school’s vision and values.

2. Annual implementation plan
Each year we develop an annual implementation plan (AIP) to drive our achievement of our strategic goals. We hold an annual reporting meeting to inform parents about the AIP progress. This includes reporting School Council proceedings and presenting the annual report and a copy of the audited accounts (if an audit has taken place that year).
